Breathe

I know there have been many obstacles to hurdle over.....words that pierced the depth of your peace to disrupt the flow....minding your own business and being invaded by unnecessary things.... I get it but take the time to breathe. It may be silly, but picture this..... standing in a quiet room, closing your eyes, tilting your head to the sky, and slowly breathe, let your chest inhale and smile....at this moment, there is no thinking except concentrating on taking that breath. When you exhale, you are focusing on slowly letting it out....at that moment your mind is clear. It's your choice to let yourself revert to what you were thinking about before the breathing exercise or move forward thinking about what's next. Or simply remain in the state of being....meaning "enjoy the moment of being present with yourself."
